Warehouse Loader Warehouse Loader job at Aerotek, Newark, NJ. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer/Loader to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is essential to ensuring that finished products are packed, loaded, and shipped accurately and safely. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. Responsibilities Pack finished plastic products according to company and customer specifications. Load products onto pallets and trucks using manual or powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts). Securely wrap, label, and stage pallets for shipment to prevent damage or contamination. Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the entire shift. Inspect products for defects, contamination, or inconsistencies before packing. Support other warehouse tasks as needed, including unloading raw materials and staging production supplies. Help meet daily packing and shipping targets in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Essential Skills Experience in warehouse, packing, or manufacturing roles. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness. Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Pay & Benefits Pay range: $16.50–$16.50/hr (Contract to Hire).
