Duties
Help
Diagnose illnesses and prescribe and administer healthcare treatment plans for patients across the full spectrum of age, gender, and complexity, including those suffering from injury or disease.
Develop and implement new clinical approaches, treatment protocols, and care delivery models.
Serve as the clinical program lead or co-lead for a major Family Medicine program element.
Serve as a member of the professional medical staff and provide advisory and consultative services on various meetings, committees, conferences, and boards.
Plan, develop, and direct the clinical operations of the assigned program, including establishing clinical workflows, patient access standards, productivity benchmarks, and quality metrics.
