Wolf Creek Contracting is seeking an experienced, highly organized

Construction Executive Assistant

to the President to provide direct administrative and operational support. This position involves managing schedules, communications, and executive priorities while assisting with client relations and business development activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced construction environment. What you'll do:

Manage the President's calendar, emails, meetings, travel, and daily priorities. Track deadlines, commitments, and action items to ensure timely follow-up. Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, reports, and executive documents. Coordinate communication between leadership, employees, clients, and vendors. Contact prospective clients and follow up on business opportunities. Assist with construction bid coordination, proposals, and project-related documentation. Maintain organized records and support general administrative and operational needs.

Qualifications

Required: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role supporting leadership. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow through on responsibilities. Professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license. Preferred: Experience in construction, general contracting, engineering, or a related industry. Familiarity with construction terminology, bidding, and project documentation. Experience supporting a company President, Owner, or senior executive. Experience with CRM software or client relationship management.

Work Location

This is a

full-time, on-site position in Waterford, Ohio , with occasional travel to job sites and client meetings in Ohio and West Virginia.
