Senior Financial Analyst

Azenta

Azenta seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the Sample Repository Services division. This strategic role provides financial insights to leadership, drives planning processes, and influences corporate decision-making across a global life sciences organization.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plans, strategic planning processes, and quarterly forecasts for corporate functions
Serve as primary finance partner to SRS leadership providing strategic guidance on expenses and investments
Prepare financial reporting packages, earnings analyses, and presentations for executive teams
Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
Mentor finance team members and lead cross-functional projects supporting business transformation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
5+ years of progressive FP&A experience with leadership support background
Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex global organizations
Experience with Oracle and OneStream financial systems
Data-driven analytical mindset with ability to influence stakeholders
