WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL ROOFER - SERVICE TECHNICIAN In this role, you will: Work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday Travel to customers' homes and provide professional service and support Evaluate the roof's condition and perform safe, compliant, and high-quality repairs and maintenance services Train new roofing technicians and lead them in completing exceptional work Maintain accurate records in our CRM Keep your work vehicle and uniforms clean, organized, and presentable Ensure customer satisfaction and participate in all required meetings/training sessions Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need: 3+ years of proven, in-resume roofing experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Solid technology proficiency with the ability to learn and use a CRM (customer relationship management) system Courteous communication and interpersonal skills (PREFERRED) GROW YOUR CAREER HERE!
