Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative (Home-Based)
$18 per hourIQVIA
IQVIA seeks a remote pharmacy support representative to handle patient assistance program inquiries via phone, email, and fax. The role involves processing payment assistance requests, activating cards, verifying eligibility, and resolving claim rejections for pharmacy support services.
Responsibilities
- Field customer support requests via telephone, email, fax, and other channels
- Assess issues and provide first-level problem resolution for pharmacy users
- Document resolution details and escalate unresolved cases to appropriate teams
- Suggest operational improvements to management when needed
- Work 40 hours weekly across specified EST shift windows
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy technician experience required
- HIPAA certification
- 3+ years call center experience preferred
- Medical claim processing experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Currently working on IQVIA PSS contracted role
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
