Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $525,000 – $600,000 annually (based on experience)
• Pay Type: Salaried, with eligibility for a non-guaranteed bonus pool

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert maternal-fetal medicine care for high-risk pregnancies in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Utilize advanced prenatal diagnostics including ultrasound, genetic testing, fetal echocardiography, and CVS.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a facility supporting over 7,500 deliveries annually.
• Perform and oversee complex MFM procedures and reproductive health services.
• Engage in clinical research, teaching OB/GYN residents, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Support postpartum care and outreach clinics in regional areas like Everett and Issaquah.
• Participate in home call responsibilities with 24/7 hospital-based backup.
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered care environment with a 70+ bed NICU and PICU.

What You Need
Required:

• Washington medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of high-risk obstetric experience
• Proficiency in prenatal diagnostics, ultrasound, and genetic testing

Preferred:

• Experience with fetal echocardiography, CVS, or advanced fetal diagnostics
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
