Category: Skilled Trades Location: South Point, OH Type: Contract to Perm Job ID: 1614452 Overview United Talent is immediately seeking a Class A or B CDL Driver for a company in South Point, OH! Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles (including up to 26’ trucks) in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper working condition. Deliver materials to customer job sites on time while providing professional and courteous customer service. Load, unload, move, and stage materials according to customer instructions, verifying deliveries against packing slips. Operate forklifts and other equipment (or be willing to be trained), using proper handling techniques for materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to OSHA and company safety standards. Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in required meetings and training programs, communicate effectively, and support company values and team objectives. Other duties as assigned. Pay: $18-20 an hour, Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–4:00PM. Requirements Steel‑toed boots. Valid driver’s license of a Class A or B CDL, with up‑to‑date DOT physical. Minimum of 1 year commercial driving experience. Occasionally lift and / or move 80+ pounds, and climb ladders up to 50 pounds. Ability / willingness to learn new skills on the job and attend training programs provided by the company.
