BG Staffing is seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Maintenance Technician who is ready to take the next step in their career. Position Overview

As a Lead Technician, you will play a key role in day-to-day maintenance operations while developing the leadership skills needed for future advancement. You'll work closely with site leadership, help guide maintenance activities, and serve as a technical resource for the team.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• ½ hour unpaid lunch
• $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Assist in coordinating daily maintenance activities
• Lead by example and support other technicians as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Prepare for future growth into a Site Supervisor role

Certifications

• EPA Certification is not required to start
• Must be obtained within the first year of employment
• BG Staffing will cover the cost of up to two EPA testing attempts

Dress Code

• Work shorts ( no denim )
• T-shirt (no holes or excessive wear)
• Tennis shoes or work shoes/boots are acceptable
