Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $19.50
Position Summary
The global house of luxury brands is seeking experienced Order Picker / Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join its North Las Vegas fulfillment center. This position is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment to retrieve, move, store, and replenish merchandise while maintaining productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate stand-up order picker/cherry picker equipment to retrieve and stock merchandise in racking locations.
Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Perform put-away, replenishment, and inventory movement tasks.
Safely work at elevated heights while operating powered industrial equipment.
Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
Transport products throughout the warehouse as directed.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns or mechanical issues.
Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S and safety standards.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and quality checks as needed.
Meet productivity and performance goals while maintaining accuracy.
Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent stand-up order picker/cherry picker experience required.
Experience operating powered industrial trucks in a distribution or fulfillment center environment.
RF scanner experience preferred.
Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet or more.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift.
Steel-toe safety shoes required.
Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.
Preferred Experience
Distribution center or e-commerce fulfillment experience.
Experience with luxury retail, apparel, accessories, or consumer goods warehouses.
Previous experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.
Work Environment
Large distribution and fulfillment center environment.
Continuous standing, walking, reaching, and equipment operation.
Fast-paced operation with productivity and quality expectations.
Climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas may be present depending on work assignment.
