Minis and Friends
We are seeking a finance and administrative support professional to perform various bookkeeping and record‑keeping tasks for our non‑profit organization. Responsibilities Bookkeeping assistance (categorizing transactions, organizing documentation, accuracy checks) Preparing and/or organizing the internal tracking summaries Accounts receivable support (tracking payments, reconciling outstanding balances, basic reporting) Donation management support, including organizing donation records, tracking donor gifts, and documentation support Supporting month‑end record organization and simple financial summaries Improving systems for financial filing (digital and physical) and internal processes Other finance/admin support tasks as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Minis and Friends
