ASCP Clinical Laboratory Scientist - CLS

MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join a leading healthcare team near Granada Hills, CA!

Key Responsibilities for the Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS):

Perform and interpret a wide range of complex laboratory tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Analyze test results, validate data, and provide accurate reports to healthcare teams.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and reliable laboratory services.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.

Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Qualifications:

Current and active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license.
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting required.
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
