Our Interior Design Initiative – “Looks” We are launching a groundbreaking new Interior Design initiative called “Looks” to help our customers navigate interior style choices and envision. This initiative will shape designs across regions from rural Ohio to Southern California, and we are eager to build new designs everywhere. Team & Culture Working out of our office in the West Village, you will join a small team of design enthusiasts who are working every day to push the conversation forward. Consider this a startup company within a large established organization; you will be part of the core Interiors Team and play a key role in re‑imagining our company’s current standards. We look for someone with an experienced eye for design, a natural culture‑builder, collaborative, compassionate, and curious. Position Summary We are looking for an interior designer (5+ years of experience) who is interested in being a key team member of an in‑house design studio. You will collaborate in the creation and preparation of interior designs and virtual/3D models of residential structures, production of design documentation and presentations. Your work will primarily focus on evolving the interior design “Looks” while developing new residential products for the future. Projects will span from research, pre‑design through execution of the homes in our communities, as well as assisting on model home directives, sales tools and marketing strategies. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate between $40.87 – $50.49 plus bonus potential Extensive benefits: medical, dental and vision coverage; discounts on mortgages and home appliances; 401(k) plan with company match Travel 10% travel required.
