Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, adaptability to clients' needs, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.Key responsibilities include:Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activitiesSupport client independence while ensuring safety and well-beingFollow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and document as requiredCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staffAll shifts available – hourly caregivers needed.Competitive pay starting at $19.50/hr. Instant pay available. Grow your career from CHHA to mentor caregiver to care coordinator to office leadership. Flexible schedules: full-time, part-time, or per diem. Work close to home with cases throughout NJ (subject to availability). Paid PTO and sick leave. Seven paid holidays with extra pay at time-and-a-half if working on the paid holiday. Free PPE provided.Minimum requirements include:Licensure: Must hold an active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing.Physical ability: Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of this position.Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.References: Must provide at least two verifiable professional references.Work history: Must provide verifiable employment history for the past 12 months.Background check: Must successfully pass a national criminal background check (including any additional screenings required by the State of New Jersey).Health requirements: Must provide proof of the following:Valid physical examination within the last yearNegative TB test or chest X-rayProof of Hepatitis B and MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccinationCompensation: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour.
