Sr. Relationship Manager -Global Commercial Bank - Middle Market - Technology Group

Responsibilities Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues between $50 million and $2 billion, helping companies save, borrow, and invest for current and future needs. Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships. Interpret financial and cash‑flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions and industry trends. Collaborate with domestic and international teammates across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and facilitate relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions. Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex clients regarding industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues. Coordinate and coach peers, utilizing leadership skills. Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed. Qualifications Minimum 10 years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking. Proven track record managing an extensive client portfolio, prospecting new business, and closing profitable transactions. Professional sales skills, including planning, execution, and follow‑up of client meetings. Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen. Financial modeling experience. Completion of formal credit training. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership ability. Capability to organize, facilitate, negotiate with bank associates to solve client problems. Licenses: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 (must obtain within 180 days). Desired Experience or strong passion for Technology clients. Existing knowledge of the technology market and networking contacts in the community. Education Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics (equivalent work experience acceptable). MBA desirable. Other Details Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40. Salary range: $140,000.00 – $235,000.00 annualized, based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive: Eligible for an annual discretionary plan based on performance.
