A Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus and provide detailed information on special items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders
- Handle payment processing and balance cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
