Job Description

A Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
Present menus and provide detailed information on special items
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders
Handle payment processing and balance cash register
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
