Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in emergency care and possess the required certifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established guidelines.
• Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing.
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC.
• Ability to float to nearby sister facilities as needed.

Work Schedule

• Shifts may consist of 3x12-hour or 4x12-hour schedules.
• Must work every other weekend.
• Must be available to work during 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week (8 and 10-hour shifts) or 36-48 hours depending on the shift schedule chosen.
