Delivery Driver:

As our CAVA Catering Delivery Driver, you will constantly be in motion delivering mind-blowing meals to our guests. In addition to ensuring the successful execution of all catering orders, you will serve as a brand ambassador ensuring that every interaction with our guests and teammates is one that is friendly, warm and generous.

What You'll Do:

* Deliver friendly, prompt and first-in-class customer service

* Successfully run all aspects of the Curbside, Take-Away and Delivery activities to maintain productivity

* Deliver meals in various weather conditions within a designated radius of the Restaurant

* Verify order accuracy with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

* Observe and maintain all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures

* Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards

* Restock stations and keep them clean and organized

* Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset

* Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly

* Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA's values

* Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day

* Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals

* Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business

The Qualifications:

* Must have a valid and current Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

* Ability to understand and operate GPS technology and other relevant applications

* Experience in a customer service, delivery service or Restaurant experience is desired

* Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth

* 100% Travel Required & may lift up to 50 pounds

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

* Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details

* For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds

* Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

* Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable

* Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
