We are growing under the new leadership of the Intek Plastics Group and expanding our toolroom. If you enjoy crafting precise components, programming CNC equipment, and solving problems on the fly, this could be your next great move.

You excel at high-precision CNC machining
You can program, adjust, and improve CNC toolpaths
You are a natural troubleshooter with strong mechanical instincts
You read blueprints with confidence and move fast without sacrificing quality
You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced toolroom

What you will do

Program and operate CNC machines to produce exacting tooling components
Diagnose and resolve tooling and equipment issues quickly and accurately
Interpret technical drawings to plan setups and verify results
Use a range of general toolroom equipment to support builds and repairs
Organize your work effectively and maintain momentum with minimal direction

Schedule

2nd shift — Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm

Qualifications

Experience in high-precision CNC machining
CNC programming experience
Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
Solid blueprint reading and familiarity with toolroom equipment

Education & preferences

Associate degree in Machine Tooling Techniques or equivalent experience
Experience or knowledge of injection molds (preferred)
Journey Worker’s License (highly preferred)
