Diehl Collision of South Hills | Pittsburgh, PA Diehl Collision of South Hills is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to join our growing collision repair team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of accuracy and efficiency in the repair process, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Order and receive parts for collision repairs
- Verify parts accuracy and inspect for damage
- Coordinate with estimators and technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Track backorders and follow up with vendors
- Manage returns and core credits
- Maintain organized parts storage and inventory
- Work closely with insurance partners when needed
- Automotive or collision parts experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy shop
- Computer proficiency
- Team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail is a must
