Pay Rate: $72.00 - $78.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Variable Days & Nights
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) care. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care throughout the childbirth process while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in an acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
• Active RN License.
• Recent LDRP experience required.
• Strong maternal-child clinical assessment skills.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification.
• Current NRP Certification.
• Ability to work variable day and night shifts.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills.
Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care for labor and delivery patients.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
• Deliver postpartum and newborn care.
• Assess patients and respond appropriately to changing clinical conditions.
• Educate patients and families regarding childbirth, recovery, and newborn care.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
