Assistant Nurse Manager, NICU Location: Fresno, California • 2 Openings Base Salary: $146,473 to $190,424 We’re excited to offer a progressive sign-on incentive and comprehensive relocation package Located in the heart of downtown Fresno, the NICU provides around‑clock care for some of the region’s most critically ill and premature infants. Our Hospital is one of only four hospitals in California recognized by The Joint Commission for Advanced Certification in Perinatal Care and is the only Level I Trauma Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. Apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a highly specialized Level III NICU team; lead a team that delivers complex, compassionate care to our tiniest patients. Coordinate patient care, foster staff development, drive performance improvements, and ensure operational efficiency. As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8‑hour shifts.
