Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate with a background in menswear and personalized selling, including custom, bespoke, or MTM experience. In this role, you will actively engage customers, identify their needs, and deliver tailored retail solutions. Your sales acumen and client-focused approach will play a critical role in driving revenue, enhancing the customer experience, and building lasting relationships.. . Responsibilities. . Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate retail products, financial services, and tailored menswear solutions.. Deliver personalized styling guidance, including custom, bespoke, or MTM menswear consultations.. Process sales transactions accurately using credit card processing systems. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering knowledgeable product and service guidance.. Educate clients on fit, fabric, and construction details to guide informed purchasing decisions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling, follow-ups, and styling recommendations.. Skills & Qualifications. . MUST have prior sales experience in luxury retail, menswear, or consignment.. MUST be knowledgable of bespoke and made-to-measure (MTM) menswear, including fit and fabrics.. Strong clienteling skills and ability to deliver a personalized customer experience.. Eye for quality, garment condition, and brand/value recognition.. Proficiency with POS systems and transaction accuracy.. Excellent communication and attention to detail.. Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.. Pay: $21.00 per hour. .
