ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 after previously working as a State Farm team member. Insurance has always been a part of my life - I'm a second-generation State Farm agent, as my mother has been an agent for over 30 years. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance and am passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.

Our agency is actively involved in the community through local sponsorships, including golf outings, youth sports, and outreach organizations. We offer PTO, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance as we continue to grow our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Madison Riordan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
