Senior Health Planner

Primary Responsibilities Provide planning, design and coordination support on projects and pursuits Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings Prepare drawings and specification documents Research, plan, design and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials Understand healthcare trends Prepare health planning presentation drawings, diagrams, and narratives Assist the coordination of all disciplines related to the building design and health planning Mentor junior staff or other interested colleagues in health planning practices Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Architecture Minimum 10 years' experience in Health Architecture Minimum 7 years’ experience in Health Planning Architectural registration Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, Rhino, MS Office, Blue Beam) Advanced credentials desired (e.g. ACHA, LEED, EDAC, AICP, etc.) Willingness to travel Knowledge and experience of healthcare architecture planning and design Capability of making client presentations Leadership and management skills Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible Excellent verbal and written communication skills Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field Minimum 12 years of related experience Strong organizational skills Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in construction of buildings Understanding of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, prints, drawings and models Commitment to being an active participant of the employee‑owned culture Location and Schedule Primary Location: United States-Texas-Houston Other Locations: United States-Arizona-Phoenix, United States-Pennsylvania-Philadelphia, United States-California-San Francisco, United States-Georgia-Atlanta, United States-North Carolina-Charlotte, United States-Massachusetts-Boston, United States-Nebraska-Omaha, United States-Colorado-Denver, United States-New Jersey-Pennington, United States-Virginia-Richmond, United States-Illinois-Chicago, United States-California-Los Angeles, United States-New York-New York, United States-Minnesota-Minneapolis, United States-North Carolina-Raleigh, United States-Washington-Seattle, United States-Utah-Salt Lake City, United States-Florida-Tampa, United States-Texas-Dallas, United States-California-San Diego, United States-Virginia-Arlington Industry: Architecture Schedule: Full-time Employee Status: Regular Business Class: Health Planning Job Posting: Jan 23, 2026 Compensation and Benefits California: $120,736 - $203,840; Colorado: $120,736 - $172,480; Illinois: $120,736 - $172,480; Massachusetts: $131,712 - $188,160; Minnesota: $115,248 - $164,640; New Jersey: $126,224 - $180,320; New York: $137,200 - $196,000; Washington State: $131,712 - $188,160.
