Schedule: Mon to Fri from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Location: Corvallis, OR 97330
Job Type: local contract
Contract Length: 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension
Pay Range: $20/hr. - $22/hr. On W2
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.


Duties:

• Answer incoming calls from patients regarding preparation instructions for upcoming procedures.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding required preparation steps.
• Address patient questions and concerns in a professional, compassionate manner.
• Ensure patients understand and are able to follow the necessary preparation instructions.
• Maintain a positive and patient-focused experience during every interaction.
• Accurately document relevant patient communications and information.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma
• Years of experience: 1 year of experience in call center
• Skills/Specialties/Technology:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain instructions clearly to patients
