Operations Support Specialist

Office AdministratorInsight Global is looking for an eager, organized Office Administrator to join the Office Management team for an Engineering company in Lutz, FL. The office is very established but still growing rapidly. This person will report to the Office Manager, who oversees all of the Florida offices, and will assist with any and all office tasks within the Lutz office. These include, but are not limited to, office supply management, inventory ordering, stocking, fleet management, mileage tracking, event planning/coordination, arranging travel, equipment management, vendor communication and understanding office operations. This candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively while running the office with little supervision. We are looking for someone who is eager, independent, and energetic to spearhead communication and present ideas.Required Skills & Experience- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting or hospitality settingBasic experience with Microsoft PowerPoint & ExcelUnderstanding and identifying the needs of an office and the employeesHighly organizedHigh School DiplomaEvent planning experience in a previous roleNice to Have Skills & ExperienceAdvanced Excel functions: v-lookups, pivot tables, spreadsheet creation
