Restaurant Shift Lead
Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Restaurant Shift Lead. The Restaurant Shift Lead helps oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, quality food preparation, and a positive team environment. You will support the management team by supervising staff, maintaining Capriotti's operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities include supervising and supporting team members during daily restaurant operations, delegating tasks, maintaining standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness, providing excellent guest service, following company policies for food safety, assisting with scheduling support, labor management, and inventory monitoring, maintaining cleanliness and organization, supporting smooth shift transitions, recognizing and encouraging team performance, and promoting a team culture built on respect, accountability, and professionalism.
What we're looking for includes previous experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership, experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills, dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset, must be at least 16 years old, and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
