Telebelt Operator - CDL Required

Pay Rate: $22$35 per hour, based on experience, with preference given to candidates with direct Telebelt operating experience.

Custom Concrete is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Telebelt Operator to join our construction team. This role is responsible for operating a Telebelt truck at job sites, safely positioning and directing the conveyor system to place concrete and materials, and maintaining equipment in compliance with DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and transport a Telebelt truck to and from job sites
• Set up and operate conveyor systems for concrete, rock, and sand placement
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any safety or mechanical issues
• Conduct routine truck maintenance (fueling, lubrication, cleaning)
• Ensure safe operation of overhead boom equipment, including awareness of power lines and site hazards
• Maintain job site safety and support crew adherence to safety requirements
• Communicate effectively with general contractors and job site supervisors
• Complete required documentation including logs, inspections, and incident reports
• Plan travel routes to meet delivery schedules

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Clean driving record with no major violations (DWI, reckless driving, drug violations, leaving the scene, or excessive accidents)
• Telebelt operating experience is strongly preferred
