Position Overview

• Type: Part-time, with a highly flexible schedule
• Focus: Mental health recuperative care for individuals experiencing homelessness
• Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated care team, including therapists, nurses, and social workers
• Follow-ups: Weekly check-ins available through telehealth
• Initial Evaluation: In-person assessment required within 24 hours
• Role: Act as a liaison between inpatient services and long-term care
• Requirements: Must be enrolled with Medical (California Medicaid)

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: Ranges from $185.00 to $220.00 per hour
