The role involves leading daily site activities, supervising trades and subcontractors, coordinating project sequences, ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation, and collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver quality results. The Role: Lead daily site activities, overseeing groundworks, civils, and new build operations Supervise trades, subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship Coordinate project sequences to keep activities on schedule, resolving issues swiftly Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures Collaborate with clients, project teams, and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery Monitor site productivity, quality, and ensure project milestones are met from start to finish The Ideal Person: Degree or HND Qualified or other relevant qualifications Main Contractor background Track record as a successful Site Manager Experience working on new build projects from the ground up CSR card Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines Strong man-management skills able to get the best out of site teams High level of IT literacy Able to travel to sites in Omagh and Monaghan #J-18808-Ljbffr
