Lead Sr Materials Management Coordinator

Summary: This position is the main point of contact for their assigned Perpetual and PAR inventory areas including setups, overseeing the proper execution of the inventory count policy, data maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Lawson, Mobile Supply Chain system, Par Ex Wavemark transactions. Assists with daily departmental operations and is the key contact in the absence of the Distribution Supervisor. This position is responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of managed systems including the entering and updating of critical information into the software databases, training users, conducting system testing, and addressing/resolving our customers issues. This position is responsible for analyzing and managing inventory levels to an optimal level to ensure adequate coverage while carefully managing costs. Understands and follows all Baptist Health and government policies and regulations. This position is cross-trained on all job duties in the department and provides needed back up coverage for the staff. "In Charge coordinator" in the absence of the Distribution Supervisor. Covers the responsibility of time card management, schedule changes, and other operational communications with the Director of Supply Chain as needed. This position will also assist and lead in the implementation of new processes and technologies as well as assigned special projects.

Other information: Education:

• High school diploma required.
• Completed some amount of College level course work in a business related field preferred with 5 (five) years of related experience; will consider candidate without college course work who possesses job related experience and is willing to complete needed education and training courses required to successfully fulfill job duties.
• Ability to pass required system competency tests.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
