Cook 1 – Four Seasons Hotel Chicago Join the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago as a Cook 1, a key member responsible for preparing specialized, innovative cuisine to meet guest orders while adhering to production standards, quality expectations, and food safety requirements. Responsibilities Prepare and present detailed, high‑quality dishes per guest requests. Follow production requirements and time‑line schedules for ambitious service. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safety‑compliant kitchen environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve flawless final presentation and service standards. Support a positive kitchen culture that motivates and trains new staff. Qualifications Valid ServeSafe certification. Proficient knife skills and advanced sauce‑making abilities. ServeSafe allergen training. High school diploma and culinary apprenticeship, cooking school or culinary institute experience preferred. Valid U.S. work authorization.
