Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Job Title: Senior Project Manager or Project Manager (Hiring for Both) 
Location: Columbia, SC 
Salary: $120k-$150k 
Requirements: 5+ years as a Project Manager for a General Contractor; experience on commercial or related projects

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a well-established design-build general contractor. The company delivers ground-up and interior renovation projects across commercial, medical, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are hiring both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage all phases of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Oversee project teams and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Review and approve project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and project plans
• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

What You Need for This Position

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Ground-up and TI experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
