Travel Cna Opportunity

We are hiring a full-time Travel CNA to provide high-quality patient care to patients with life-limiting illnesses. As a Travel CNA, you will perform various services, including bathing, feeding, and dressing, to promote comfort and well-being. You will also be responsible for observing patient conditions, reporting changes, and documenting care provided.

Must be willing to travel throughout Worcester and Hampden Counties. $22 to $24 an hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

• Perform personal care needs per plan of care, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Provide patients and families with a positive communication chain and a friendly and professional environment
• Meet the safety needs of patients using equipment safely and properly
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including shopping, as assigned
• Take and record oral, rectal, and auxiliary temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered
• Provide proper care and observation of patient skin
• Assess and report on patient condition and significant changes to the Case Manager
• Assist in ambulation and exercise as instructed by the hospice nurse or therapist
• Provide normal range of motion and transfers/positioning as directed

Requirements:

• Must hold an active and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license in this state
• Must have at least one year of experience as a CNA
• Ability to travel and work in multiple locations throughout Worcester and Hampden Counties
• Reliable insured vehicle
