IT Service Technician

Providing technical support to clients, the full-time IT Service Technician will resolve client requests, assist teammates with incident tickets, and manage user account tasks in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver end user support through various channels while following ITIL triage protocols Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including VPN access and workstation performance Manage user accounts in Active Directory and O365, including setup, password resets, and permissions Required qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, or recent relevant education Understanding of Windows OS (7-11), Office Suite/365, and Active Directory Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, and Terminal Services Ability to participate in an on-call rotation every 3-4 months Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement aligned with company values Virtual Vocations Inc
