Salary Package:

- Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving associates.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics to ensure timely material flow.
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies.
- High school diploma or GED; some college or technical training preferred.
- 3+ years experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, including training and directing team members.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS software.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; valid certification required.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
- Forklift certification with a proven safety record.
- Proficiency in using an ERP system for inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment.
