Hiring: Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Location: Fairfield, Ohio 45014

\n

Pay Rate: $50 - 57.35/hour on W2 without Benefits

\n

Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2nd shift)

\n

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possibilities on extension

\n

\n

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations, investigate quality issues, drive corrective actions, and improve product quality and production performance.

\n

\n

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone Analysis
\n
• Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
\n
• Manufacturing Quality and Production Support
\n
• PFMEA, Process Control Plans, and Quality Audits
\n
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
\n
• Defect Reduction, Scrap and Rework Prevention
\n

\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
\n
• Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing, quality, industrial engineering, or production support experience.
\n
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Hands-on experience working with production teams.
\n
• Must be available to work the 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift in Fairfield, OH.
\n
