Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• OASIS experience required
• Home health experience required
• Hospice experience required
• Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits required
• Ability to manage and adjust to schedule changes required

Assignment Details

• Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• Holiday coverage as needed
• EMR system: HealthWyse
• Outpatient care
