Night position from 7 PM to 7 AM, 7 days on, 7 days off.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position in a 16-bed ICU unit. Nurses will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients, monitoring their conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient care in an ICU setting.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient conditions and updates accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and treatment options.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Louisiana.
• Prior experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
• Must be willing to accept positions only from Joint Commission accredited agencies.
