Workers Compensation Attorney

Job Description Work Location: This role is primarily remote, with regular on-site requirements for local WCAB primarily in Oakland, though on occasion in the greater Bay Area, as well as client/team meetings at our Oakland or Concord office. Qualifications Experience: 1 up to 3 years as a California applicant or defense attorney, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals Licensure: Active California State Bar membership Transportation: Valid California driver's license and the willingness to travel, occasionally overnight, to various boards in Northern California Additional Information This role involves extensive interaction with the public and requires adherence to a professional dress code and demeanor.
