The Talent Recruiter partners with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality front-line team members across assigned communities. This role manages full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company hiring standards. What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume community roles Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and pipeline strategy Source candidates through job boards, social media, outreach and hiring events Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines Coordinate interviews and support selection decisions Ensure compliance with EEO and state hiring regulations Track recruiting metrics and identify process improvement opportunities Strengthen Sunrise’s employer brand in local markets Talent Recruiter – Attract Top Talent and Deliver Exceptional Hiring ExperiencesRecruiter | Talent Acquisition | Full-Cycle Recruiting | High-Volume Recruiting | Sourcing | ATS | Hiring Pay Range: 55,000.00 - 72,800.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
