Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite | Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 11-bed Labor and Delivery unit supporting approximately 112 deliveries per month
• Manage and monitor laboring patients through all stages of delivery in a high-volume obstetric setting
• Participate in mandatory on-call obligations of up to 20 hours within a 6-week block, with a minimum 2-hour call-back requirement
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC (required)
• Advanced NRP certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of OB experience with direct Labor and Delivery experience
• Demonstrated Labor and Delivery clinical competency

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Familiarity with high-volume obstetric environments
• Experience managing variable census and on-call workflows
