This is not an employed physician position; physicians govern clinical operations and patient care policies, while MedCBO provides non‑clinical administrative services. The platform integrates revenue cycle management, accounting, HR, EHR support, payer contracting, compliance, supply‑chain logistics, and data intelligence. Physician Responsibilities Provide patient care within the physician’s specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate payer credentialing in collaboration with MedCBO Determine clinical services offered Manage clinical quality and patient experience Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows> Technology platform implementation Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Community‑based care interest Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural).
