Logistics Sales Executives & Account Managers

Location: Dallas/Ft Worth, TX

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Capital Professionals is partnering with a rapidly growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company that's expanding their Sales teams. We're looking for driven, motivated individuals who want to build a career in logistics and supply chain. Experience is a plus—but a strong work ethic, great attitude, and desire to succeed matter most.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and manage relationships with shippers and carriers
• Understand client shipping needs and provide freight quotes
• Book shipments, coordinate pickups/deliveries, and track progress
• Communicate with clients and solve problems on the fly
• Keep CRM and records up to date
• Close deals and grow your client base

• Logistics/supply chain knowledge (helpful, not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
