You will provide essential emergency and urgent care services to patients when they need them most, working alongside a skilled and collaborative support team while helping to establish the protocols, workflows, and overall success of this exciting new service. This position is dedicated to overnight coverage, offering the opportunity to practice in a fast‑paced and rewarding environment. Both full‑time and part‑time candidates will be considered, and flexible scheduling options are available to support work‑life balance. Job Description What We’re Looking For: DVMLicensed (or eligible) in Florida. Experience or strong interest in emergency/urgent care. Skilled in urgent care / ER cases and surgery. Night Owl, a DVM who prefers working overnights. Confident, compassionate, and ready to help build something new. What We Offer: Medical autonomy and support.
