Licensed Residential Appraiser

Managing the appraisal of residential and construction project properties, the full-time Licensed Residential Appraiser will evaluate fair market values, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with sales and operations teams while working in a primarily office-based environment with optional remote work. Key responsibilities Valuate and appraise properties, investigating fair market values through analysis Assess loan risk within the portfolio and provide recommendations to mitigate risk Ensure compliance with appraisal regulations and maintain adherence to investor and lender guidelines Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Residential and Construction Appraisal Experience in Appraisal Review Strong analytical and organizational skills Understanding of various mortgage documents Effective written and verbal presentation skills
