You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations with professionalism, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain awareness of persons and vehicles entering or leaving the location. Respond to alarms, incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws. Prepare clear, accurate reports for incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree. Possess 1+ year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. Possess an armed guard card or license. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
