About the Role:
Prime Talent Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team in North Las Vegas, NV! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll keep operations running smoothly and help guide a hardworking team to success. - Supervise and direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock management
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and staging of freight and materials
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
- Coordinate with management to prioritize workflow and meet order fulfillment deadlines
- Operate and oversee use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
