Warehouse Operations Leader

Kenco Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and optimize department workflows. The role emphasizes scheduling, coaching, and adherence to standard procedures to maintain efficient shipping and receiving operations. Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree (or equivalent experience), 3+ years in warehousing, and at least 6 months in a supervisory capacity, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.
